Holga Street Snapshots

I realised i’ve not updated for some time. So here are some b/w photos i took a few weeks back. Just some random shots of the streets:

Flat for sale-A shot at maude road
Wishing for good fortune-Two person “molesting” the buddha :)
Indian temple-The indian temple beside guan yin miao
Within the comfort zone-Old people talking under the big umbrella

Guan Yin Miao- The temple that i normally go
Magical Salesman
-Outside guan yin miao, there’s this old man selling his medical oil but is performing magic at the same time to attract people. He claims he could use it to create things like rice, coffee and green beans.

Crowd Magnet
-The same old man above. I took 2 shots of him in total. I realised he is quite special and have a type of charisma that people will stop to listen to him speak…so in a way i see him as a magnet.
Elevator – Workers working in a back alley.

in painting greyscale/b&w is easier than doing color by a lot, not sure if it’s the same for photography.

but i would like to see some colors too! hm, in Magical Salesman and Crowd Magnet, the main guy is sort of ‘loss’ in the picture, hard to see…

maybe with colors he’ll be more stand out?
